Management

Vivek Gaur: CEO

Vivek Gaur is a serial start-up person with a highly successful track record of building and scaling new businesses ground up. He built Bagittoday.com from scratch to being one of India’s largest retail ecommerce website. During the same period he built MediaMart, a chain of stores selling Books, Magazines and Music at Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai airports and the Delhi Metro network.

He has rich entrepreneurial and leadership experience of running established businesses as well as creating new ones.

Vivek has held senior positions in HT Media and Living Media. He was Business Head (North & East) in HT Media and was Executive Director in Living Media.

He gained extensive experience in Sales and Marketing during his 10 year stint in HUL.
Vivek is an alumnus of DCE, Delhi and IIM, Lucknow.

Sandeep Sharma: Founder & COO

Sandeep has extensive experience in both technology development and operations. He has deep knowledge about online retailing and advertising and has driven technology and operations management initiatives for Yepme. He was instrumental in growing the company’s sales prior to the investment by Helion.

Before founding Yepme, Sandeep held leadership positions for various organisations including Accenture, Sapient, SBI Capital Markets and HCL Technologies. He has extensive experience in building web based products for Online retail, Education and Service industry. He has led the development efforts of portal solutions, workflow systems and implementation of SAP and Oracle ERP systems. He has successfully led transition of multiple million dollar deals for North America, Europe and UK regions.

Sandeep is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore.

Anand Jadhav: President – Merchandising & Supply Chain

Anand is an Apparel retail expert with deep knowledge of brand development & creation, merchandising, supply chain and demand management. Anand has worked with leading apparel retailers and brands including Shoppers’ Stop, Globus, Pantaloon (Value retailing) and Reliance Trends. He has been a part of core start up teams at Globus and Reliance Trends which primarily develop and retail their private labels in their retail chains.

Anand has extensive experience in setting up new businesses and building a highly robust team to deliver in highly complex and uncharted environment in multiple categories of specialty, value and department store chains.

Anand is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s, Mumbai and IIM, Lucknow.
